The 'Heal Your Life, Achieve Your Dreams' class is primarily based on the work of Louise Hay.  It is designed to increase your self awareness by giving you a focused opportunity to identify limiting beliefs, negative behavior patterns, and deep rooted fears that may be holding you back, causing you to repeat experiences of old unhealthy patterns.  The group process supports change leading to actualizing wholeness, which can then be demonstrated through greater joy, health, and success.   

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR  Faustine Judd

Faustine Graduated in April of 1982 from USF with a BA in Social Science as well as graduate classes in Theories of Psychology and Counseling, and undergraduate work in  Family Systems, based on Virginia Satir’s work, Group Dynamics, Listening Skills, and Counseling.

During the past 20 years, Faustine has both participated in and facilitated workshops, seminars and study groups on various topics to change and improve an individual’s life, both professional and personal. 

Her goal is to facilitate changes in lives, not to just motivate with good feelings that last a day or two and then fade away.  “Doing” creates new neural paths and leads to true Life Changes!  

Classes 1 – 6  are geared to raise your awareness and help you get back in touch with who you really are, including your thoughts, feelings and emotions.

In Classes 7 - 10, as changes are already taking place, you will go deeper and lay the foundations for your future.

The material that will be covered in the 10 Week course is as follows:

Introduction to Louise Hay’s work and philosophy including an overview of the basic beliefs. Uncovering negative messages; affirmations and visualization. Negative messages exercise; inner child work, uncovering old patterns.  Willingness to change and releasing old emotions. The importance of Forgiveness and safely opening to love. Changing your thoughts, a daily plan. Relationships including and foremost your relationship with yourself Work/Success Prosperity Health

The entire course is designed for 10 weeks and the greatest benefit will be realized by attending all of the classes in consecutive order, however, with the increasingly fast paced and hectic society we live in I realize that not everybody is able to or wants to commit to 10 weeks.  Therefore, I am allowing this class to be open for new participants throughout the series of classes.
